Today we tried on last year's winter hats. It was a little like The Three Bears, except I'm not sure we found one that was comfortable and/or fit.
First, we tried on the hat I knit for her to match her coat from last year. (This year's coat is green. Go figure.).

Warning: There's major cuteness ahead.
This photo is for Betsy and Clara. Note Clara's sandals and like Dada and his tennis shoes, dark socks.
Tough girl -- with a little scrape on her face -- had bangs all day today. We're not sure how that happened.
Jeff and Adelaide were pretty twinked today and were able to help out with the Steelers win!
And before dinner at G'ma's, there was playing in Vicki's truck.

Adelaide and Oliver spent the morning at City Park enjoying the sudden fall-like weather after a week of 80s.

This is how we found Miss A this morning, wearing "Dada's yellow hat."
And later, she tried out the new (and probably temporary) placement of the garage sale yellow rocker which will likely be a porch chair.
We finished the day at the Fiddlers' Picnic. It was wet and cold but we still had fun listening to good music. Adelaide danced about quite a bit and played with a dump truck toy while its owner was taking a potty break.

This busy girl likes to push around her wheelbarrow and sing a little "Do, do, do, dee, do" song.
On a side note, today we stopped to watch a train go under the Summit Street bridge. The end of the train was missing its caboose! Adelaide didn't seem too affected when I told her the last enclosed cars were holding corn instead (there were a few spare grains on the top). Fast forward to tonight when she started talking about her train. And caboose. And corn. She doesn't skip a beat.

My Matchbox-playin' Tomboy went to her first girly birthday party today. Out she came, complete with tiara.
